- To perform field installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing for multifunction MPF copier and IT products.
- To do monthly maintence of copier machine.
- To install, test, upgrade and repair copier related multifunctional options.
- To consult solutions and provide training for existing & prospective customer with tele-support and after sales service.
